If you suspect one of your vehicles has a quality deficiency, contact the local Original Equipment Manufacturer dealership in your area to have the vehicle inspected and repaired under warranty. If this does not resolve the problem, fill out a Product Quality Deficiency Report (SF368) and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 844-472-1200 .
It is important to report quality deficiencies as quickly as possible so GSA can remove defective vehicles from our supply system and document contractor performance files for future procurements.
Quality deficiencies are defined as:
Defects or nonconforming conditions that limit or prohibit a vehicle from fulfilling its intended purpose; and
Deficiencies in design, specification, material, manufacturing, and workmanship.
