Roadside Assistance

GSA Fleet-leased customers can contact the GSA Maintenance Control Center or your vehicle’s manufacturer. For roadside assistance from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (ET), Monday through Friday, contact the GSA Fleet MCC at 866-400-0411 and choose option 1. Have your VIN and mileage information ready.

After hours, contact the vehicle manufacturer’s roadside assistance. You can use the roadside assistance services offered by manufacturers for vehicles under warranty. Roadside services and vehicle coverage differ for each manufacture. These services may include the following:

  • Emergency towing
  • Changing flat tires
  • Lock-out service
