Need help? Here’s who to contact

Your Office of Client Strategy customer lead is your primary Public Buildings Service or PBS contact. If you have questions about a specific building, lease, or project, contact the staff in Facilities Management or Program and Project Management.

Our organization

We reorganized into eight centralized business lines to deliver more consistent and efficient services. This new structure aligns operations by function, not region, so customers receive the same level of service regardless of location. Watch our video to learn more about our reorganization..

Facility or lease

For issues related to a specific facility, building, lease, or active projects under the simplified acquisition threshold — less than $350,000 — contact the appropriate facilities manager or lease administration manager in our Office of Facilities Management. Examples include: HVAC issues, lessor noncompliance, and other space management or post-occupancy issues. If you do not know your specific facility manager or lease administration manager, contact an OFM representative for more information.

Construction and renovation

For issues relating to an active project above the simplified acquisition threshold — greater than $350,000 — in a GSA-controlled facility, contact the appropriate member of our Office of Program and Project Management team. Project-specific inquiries can be directed to the assigned GSA project manager. If the assigned project manager is unknown, or if a concern needs to be escalated, please contact the Office of Program and Project Management director assigned to the pertinent geographic territory.

Future space needs, occupancy planning, and other concerns

For all other issues, including new space requests, occupancy planning, PBS policy and other general questions, contact the Office of Client Strategy customer lead for your agency.
