"No Order Left Behind" is an initiative within GSA’s Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Global Supply program to improve order processing, administration, and delivery via enhanced information sharing and collaboration with our industry partners.
The No Order Left Behind initiative began in November 2021 and consists of weekly email communications sent to contractors with GSA Global Supply purchase orders to alert them of all orders requiring action. No Order Left Behind is intended to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce customer inquiries regarding order status by improving visibility and communication around order fulfillment for GSA Contracting Officers and contractors.
