No Order Left Behind Initiative

"No Order Left Behind" is an initiative within GSA’s Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS) Global Supply program to improve order processing, administration, and delivery via enhanced information sharing and collaboration with our industry partner community.

The No Order Left Behind initiative began November 2021 and consists of monthly email communications sent to contractors with Global Supply purchase orders to alert them of all orders requiring action. The email also provides increased visibility into monthly contractor performance metrics tracked by GSS such as Global Supply Contractor Order Fulfillment and On-Time Performance.

No Order Left Behind was initiated to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce customer inquiries regarding order status through improved GSA Contracting Officer and GSA contractor visibility and communication around order fulfillment.
