Eligible state and local governments, including instrumentalities such as public schools and water authorities, may access the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (also referred to as the GSA Federal Supply Schedule) contracts based on the following GSA programs:
- Cooperative Purchasing Program
- Disaster Purchasing Program
- Public Health Emergency Program
Learn more about each of these programs.
Explore the table below for a list of eligible state and local government entities who may use these programs.
Please note that, generally, entities that fall under the umbrella of an eligible parent entity are eligible, even if they are not specifically included in the table. For example, if you see a city government listed, that generally means all offices and departments that are part of the city government are eligible. To increase the likelihood of locating it in the results, consider entering only the first few letters of the parent entity’s name in the form field.
If you are unable to find the entity you are looking for — your entity or the parent entity — you can contact the GSA Eligibility Office at gsaeligibilitydetermination@gsa.gov or request an eligibility determination.
