Child Care: High-quality services for federal employees and citizens, with background of children's toys on a blanket

Child Care services in federal buildings

Federal workers and citizens can receive safe, high-quality child care services from independently operated child care centers in GSA-managed spaces across the country. We are the leading federal agency overseeing child care facilities for federal employees (40 U.S.C. 590).

Financial assistance

There are two types of financial assistance: employer-sponsored and board programs. Find how you can receive financial assistance for child care tuition.

Find a center

View our list of centers. While federal employees receive first priority, GSA child care centers are also open to the community. Parents pay tuition fees, and rates vary according to location, services offered, hours of care, size of the center, and other criteria.
