GSA Lodging

GSA partners with the lodging industry to provide federal travelers with Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) compliant accommodations that are at or below per diem, both within and outside of the Continental United States.

Temporary Duty Travel (1-29 Nights)

FedRooms® provides Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)-compliant hotel accommodations at or below per diem with standardized amenities for federal government travelers while on official business.

FedRooms rates are available through all of the government's preferred booking channels: SAP ConcurGov, E2 Solutions, the Defense Travel System, MyTravel (Formerly known as Defense Travel Modernization – DTM), and agency preferred Travel Management Companies.

Long Term Lodging (30+ nights)

Long Term Lodging provides accommodations for temporary, permanent employee relocation, or extended training. Properties include apartments, buildings and condominiums that are furnished with the amenities and comforts of home.

Emergency Lodging Services

Emergency Lodging Services (ELS) provides temporary lodging accommodations in support of emergencies and/or disasters. ELS can be utilized for both planned and unplanned events that require a federal or state coordinated response. All disasters, emergencies, Continuity of Operations (COOP) events, and National Security Special Events are covered by ELS. The ELS Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) offers accommodations, housing, and support services for federal agencies, state/local governments, and first responders. ELS can also be used for relief and emergency personnel, or displaced evacuees.
