In this special episode of GSA Does That!?, we celebrate 20 years of “USAGov en Español.” Join guest host Leilani Martinez for a one-of-a-kind episode as she discusses the federal government’s resources available for Spanish speakers, and what considerations the team has when developing content for such a diverse user base.

Leilani and two other members of the Public Experience Portfolio in the Technology Transformation Services take listeners on a journey from the very beginning of USAGov en Español’s roots 50 years ago in the Consumer Product Information Coordinating Center, and discuss the program’s evolution to become an official resource for native Spanish speakers in the United States and abroad.
