Only the Qualified Products List (QPL) approved manufacturers and GSA Global Supply contract holders listed below are permitted to sell GSA-Approved security equipment.

GSA Global Supply: A Required Source:

• The Objective: The GSA-Approved Security Container and Vault Door Program mandates that all federal and civilian entities and contractors purchase security equipment exclusively through GSA Global Supply to ensure compliance with federal standards. This process guarantees that all procured containers and vault doors meet required security specifications, federal testing, and improves GSA’s ability to ensure quality customer service.
• Only Way to Order: All orders must be placed through GSA Global Supply. This applies whether the order is placed directly by the end-user or through a general contractor with an active government contract.
• Vendor Restrictions: Orders for NSNs cannot be placed directly with a vendor unless a Direct Purchase Authority (DPA) exemption is authorized (on very rare instances).
• Authorized Sellers: Only the Qualified Products List (QPL) approved manufacturers listed above are permitted to sell GSA-Approved security equipment.
• Strict Prohibitions: Resale of GSA-Approved security equipment through third-party programs (such as AbilityOne) or unauthorized distributors or installers is strictly prohibited.
• Consequences of Violation: Storing classified information in equipment from unauthorized manufacturers, distributors, or installers violates federal law [32 CFR § 2001.42(a) & 2001.43(b)] and immediately voids the “GSA-Approved” status.
