Corey E. Cooke
Corey Cooke joins GSA as Deputy Chief of Staff with 15 years of experience in both the legislative and executive branches, including prior senior roles in Congress, most recently as Deputy Staff Director and Chief Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, Cooke served as General Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, where she oversaw legislation, policy development, and provided strategic guidance related to the Committee’s portfolio and to accomplish the priorities of Chairman Sam Graves, including successful passage of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024. Corey returns to GSA after having served in the first Trump Administration as a Regional Administrator in Region 10 and Senior Advisor for Cyber and Technology. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire and an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Ms. Cooke is a member of the Massachusetts bar.
