When you order a vehicle from GSA, the price includes a dealer-prep fee. You are not required to pay any fees to the dealership when you pick up your vehicle. If you have a problem with the release of your vehicle from the dealership, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-472-1200.
When picking up your vehicle, bring your license plate and Certificate of Origin (COO) or Motor Vehicle Delivery Order to provide proof of ownership. Inspect the vehicle completely to make sure any options you ordered are included and there is no damage to the vehicle. Compare the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on your vehicle to the COO or the Motor Vehicle Delivery Order to verify that you are accepting the correct vehicle.
If your vehicle arrives damaged, GSA has established damage claim procedures with our major light-duty vehicle suppliers, contact GSA Fleet at email@example.com to report any suspected vehicle damage.
