Overview
PSHC officially released the Request for Proposals (RFP) Amendments for the OASIS+ multi-agency contracts (MACs) on SAM.gov. This creates new pathways for agencies to access integrated, best‑in‑class services and increases competition among our industry partners.
Operational Details
- Status: As of January 12, 2026, all six solicitations are open and will remain continuously open to accept proposals until further notice.
- Scope: The OASIS+ program is accepting proposals under the 13 total domains across all OASIS+ solicitations.View the list of domains, related scope areas, and associated NAICS codes.
- Systems: OASIS+ utilizes the Symphony Procurement Suite, (OASIS+ Submission Portal, or OSP) for proposal submission and evaluation. GSA eBuy will continue to be used for task order solicitations.
- Communications: We have amplified this release via an OASIS+ Interact Community blog, on the program website and via social media posts on LinkedIn and X.
Continuously Open Solicitation and “Rolling” Admissions
- No Closing Date: GSA will maintain all six OASIS+ solicitations in an open status indefinitely. Should GSA determine a need to close any specific domain or solicitation vehicle, the agency will provide public notification with appropriate advance notice.
- Processing Time: Awards will be made on a rolling basis. There is no fixed timeline for award; timelines will vary based on the volume and complexity of proposals received. Proposals will generally be evaluated in the order they are received, subject to resource availability.

FAQ and Questions/Answers
Review the FAQ first - to save time!
Before submitting a question, offerors are strongly encouraged to review the existing FAQ document:
- OASIS+ Consolidated FAQ [XLSX - 183 KB]
This resource includes questions and answers from the initial OASIS+ solicitation and may address many common inquiries. While some content may have changed since the initial publication and certain questions may not apply to the open continuous period, the FAQ remains an excellent starting point.
Important Note: Offerors must review the solicitation and amendments on SAM.gov. In case of conflicts, SAM.gov postings take precedence over FAQs, websites, or prior communications. Requirements changes will be issued through solicitation amendments in SAM.gov.
Q&A submission process
After reviewing the OASIS+ FAQ, if you still have a question, submit your inquiry using only one of the following methods:
- For specific solicitation questions: Registered users should use the “Q&A” feature within the OASIS+ Submission Portal (OSP) for each contract family.
- For registration issues or system support: Contact the help desk at client.support@apexlogic.com.
- For general questions or feedback: Submit them via the OASIS plus Questions-Intake form
