Announcements
On January 12, 2026, GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital (PSHC) officially released the final Requests for Proposal (RFP) Amendments for all six OASIS+ Phase II solicitations on SAM.gov.
This action constitutes an official request for proposals from the U.S. Government. Industry partners are encouraged to review the solicitation documents immediately.
The six solicitations now available are:
⚠️ Important Submission Details:
- Official Documents: The electronic solicitation documents posted on SAM.gov are the “official” documents. In the event of a discrepancy between SAM.gov and the OASIS+ Submission Portal (OSP), SAM.gov takes precedence.
- Submission Portal: PSHC will use the Symphony Procurement Suite (OSP) for proposal submission and evaluation.
- Training: A recorded Symphony proposal submission training will be posted on Interact in the coming weeks.
- Entity Status: Please ensure your SAM.gov account status is active and your profile is up to date to access the RFPs.
Questions & Inquiries:
- Solicitation Questions: Offerors must submit specific questions regarding the RFPs through Symphony.
- General Questions: For general inquiries not specific to the solicitation terms, please submit your questions through our intake form. Intake Form

Key information and resources
- Official solicitations: When released, all solicitations will be posted on the official SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for updates.
- Community and updates: For ongoing program updates, discussions, and information on upcoming scorecards for the new domains, please follow the OASIS+ Interact Community.
- Continuous opening: The solicitations will be open continuously for proposal submissions, consistent with the program’s initial strategy

I have an OASIS+ contract
FedConnect
- Register in FedConnect to manage your contract
- Add “CALM@unisonglobal.com” to your trusted address book so messages from your GSA Contracting team do not go to spam.
Vendor Support Center
- Register in VSC to see offers
- All offers for orders against your OASIS+ master contract will be in GSA eBuy.
- You must register your OASIS+ contracts in VSC prior to using eBuy.
- After successful registration, you should be able to log in to GSA eBuy when ordering opens.
- Check your award letter for additional details and dates on when VSC registration will be open.
Sales Reporting Portal
- Register in SRP to report task order awards, report sales monthly (including “no sales” against awarded task orders), and remit collected Contract Access Fees, or CAF quarterly.
Symphony
- After contract award, Symphony will no longer be used for your contract.
