The Office of Strategic Communication is our agency’s singular resource for internal and external communication needs. Our main responsibility is to use communication to help the agency meet mission and business goals. We promote and enhance the agency’s performance and reputation by providing critical, integrated communication support to our clients. Our office comprises the Public Affairs and Operations Divisions and the Office of Client Engagement.

Media inquiries should be directed to the Media Affairs Division in Washington, D.C., weekdays, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on federal holidays. You can email us at press@gsa.gov.
Although it serves as the official point of contact for national inquiries, Media Affairs in Washington, D.C., works closely with our regional communications teams to ensure the media have public affairs experts to speak with when necessary.
