Disposition of Seized, Forfeited, Voluntarily Abandoned & Unclaimed Property

This training addresses the disposal regulations for property that is confiscated or abandoned (41 CFR Part 102-41). The class will clarify the correct definitions and required disposal processes for retaining, reporting, or transferring such property, including rules applicable to sales proceeds. You will gain a clear understanding of the special handling requirements your agency must follow to be successful.

This free 1-hour virtual training will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 4 PM CT.

• This training is open to federal employees, military personnel, DOD civilian employees, and federal agency contractors. 
• Attendees will earn 1 Continuous Learning Point for their participation.
