Session Title: Making Fixed-Price, Outcome-Based Contracts Make Sense
A practical, candid discussion of how to meet the goals of the EO on FFP services contracts, especially within the context of outcome-based contracting described within the FAR Companion and the changes from the RFO. This session will help participants identify some approaches for moving toward fixed-price, outcome-based contracting. We will explore some of the benefits beyond compliance, and also look at potential risks an obstacles.
