Building on the success of GSA’s recent agency-wide Emerging Technology Showcase, this event expands to a government-wide audience to foster collaboration, share practical solutions, and empower agencies to innovate more rapidly.
Agency leaders will also highlight efforts to eliminate unnecessary work, optimize processes, and automate high-volume tasks through initiatives such as GSA’s Eliminate, Optimize, Automate (EOA) Playbook [PDF] and the Million Hour Challenge. The event will conclude with a discussion on the future of government operations, including AI, intelligent automation, and the shift from pilot projects to enterprise-scale capabilities.
