Where There’s a WIL There’s a Way…To Better Workspaces

GSA debuted the Workplace Innovation Lab (WIL) in 2023 as a proving ground for design, technology, and furniture to support the future of the federal workplace.

The WIL has gone through several iterations over the years, but will be closing this summer as the GSA Headquarters undergoes a multi-year rehabilitation.

This session will review the history of the WIL, detail the many lessons learned and best practices developed over the years.  

Federal agency customers will learn how to incorporate this information into their own workplace design for maximum efficiency, utilization, and cost effectiveness.
